私の施術は、とてもシンプルな3つの方法で成り立っています。

1つ目は、肩こり・首こり・腰痛など主な症状への指圧、マッサージです。背中や肩にはオイルを使用します。施術しながら症状の状態を丁寧に確認していきます。

2つ目は、温灸による気血の調整です。弱っているツボを温めて補い、全身のバランスを整えていきます。

3つ目は、疼痛緩和を目的とした鍼治療です。鍼を打つことで緊張した筋肉がゆるみ、血流も改善されます。必要に応じて、痛みのある部位には筋膜（ファシア）への鍼施術も行います。しかし必要ないと判断した場合には、鍼は打ちません。

私はサラリーマンを経て施術の道に入りましたので、施術歴は長い方ではありません。ですが、その社会人経験を活かし、お一人おひとりに寄り添った丁寧な施術を心がけています。

＜経歴＞

神戸大学卒、神戸大学大学院修士課程修了。

株式会社ワコールにて16年間商品開発に携わった後に、健康商品開発販売会社「さくらスター」を創業、13年目になります。ワコールでは京都企業の特長である品質や文化を大事にする精神を学びました。

お客様から健康に関するいろいろな相談を受け、商品だけでなく治療でも貢献したいと思い、昼間は働きながら夜間の東洋医学専門学校に６年通い、東洋医学の全免許（はり師・きゅう師・あん摩マッサージ指圧師）国家資格取得しました。

上賀茂治療院開設前は脳卒中後遺症患者様への訪問施術をメインに臨床経験を積んできました。

「健康未来をつくる」をテーマに、健康商品の開発と治療院での施術を行っています。

My Treatment Approach

My method is based on three simple techniques:

1. Shiatsu and Massage
I give Shiatsu and massage for shoulder, neck, and lower back pain. I use oil on the back and shoulders.
During the treatment, I carefully check your body condition.

2. Warm Moxa Therapy
I use warm moxa (Onkyu) to balance your body.
By gently warming weak points, it helps your energy and blood flow better.

3. Acupuncture for Pain Relief
Acupuncture helps relax tight muscles and improve blood flow. If needed, I also treat the fascia (muscle membrane) near the painful area.
If acupuncture is not necessary, I will not use needles.

Background

I graduated from Kobe University and completed a Master’s degree at Kobe University Graduate School.
After working for 16 years in product development at Wacoal（A top lingerie company in Japan） , I started my own health product development company sakurastar, which I have now been running for 13 years. At Wacoal, I learned the Kyoto company spirit of valuing quality and culture.

Through many customer consultations about health, I realized I wanted to contribute not only through products but also through treatment. While working during the day, I attended a school of oriental medicine at night for six years, and obtained all three national licenses in oriental medicine in Japan: acupuncture, moxibustion, and massage/shiatsu. 

Before opening the Kamigamo Acu＆Mox, I mainly gained clinical experience by providing home treatments for patients with aftereffects of stroke.
